Working principle
The machine consists of four parts: sieving, removing stone, threshing and low pressure dust removal.
Wheat or grain is lifted into the upper cleaning screen. The upper screen has the advantages of small volume, stable operation, good sealing and high impurity removal efficiency. It is mainly used to remove medium, large and small impurities in wheat. When wheat flows into the lower screen (distribution screen), the light impurities in Wheat are discharged from the machine through the vertical suction duct under the action of low-pressure fan.
The grain cleaning machine is composed of a screen body, a feeding and discharging device, a driving mechanism, a frame, etc. The screen body is composed of two layers of screen surface, the upper layer is large screen surface and the lower layer is small screen surface. The motion of the screen body is driven by the vibration motors on both sides of the screen body to make the screen body vibrate in balance. At the end of the screen body, the wheat flows evenly to the vertical suction duct by the vibration of the screen body, so as to achieve a better effect of removing light impurities.
